1. An image is captured in one of the two cities: Portland, Oregon or Washington DC.
2. Within one week, a corresponding image is taken in the alternate city.
3. Repeat.
It's pretty much like a game of image TAG, allowing for a constant stream of visual consciousness constructed by two people in different parts of the country. Oh, and all images are taken with cell phones.
